1 year, 5,000 km, at least 50 elevation kilometres. Never regretted the purchase. Grinning at 65 km/h downhill and with 100 kilos in the box uphill. The Mäleon pushes the limits of what a cargo bike can do.
We live up on the hill, with a 15% grade, 250 m down to the next village, 6 km to the nearest shop and kindergarten, 20 km to work. We actually do everything with the cargo bike. With two kids you always have a lot of gear. We're impressed by its performance!

We've ridden many single‑track cargo bikes ride and were skeptical about the steering: It's fantastic how the steering works and how intuitively the switch from a Long John goes. The stability is clearly felt thanks to the two front wheels – even on snow it was no problem. The "lifting" that was a workout on a Long John disappears with the front wheels. The extra hand brake is unobtrusive but a big help. We're completely satisfied with this fully refined bike and would buy it again anytime.
