METAL WORKSHOP
Frame builder / construction mechanic / WIG welder / metal worker (m/f/d)
Asap / As soon as possible
Your areas of responsibility:
- Welding various bike components (MAG, WIG)
- Frame construction
- Turning and milling
- Development and construction of fixtures
- Process optimization of frame production
- If interested: Bike assembly
You should bring:
- Experience in welding and metalworking
- Vocational training desirable, not mandatory (career switch possible for skilled metalworkers)
- Strong technical understanding and manual skill
- Interest in bicycles and vehicles
- High level of quality awareness
- Keen to learn new things
- Teamwork, self‑motivation and flexibility
- Here, the weld matters more than the diploma

- Assembly of e-cargo bikes
- Quality assurance and process optimization
- Maintenance, repair and diagnostics of customer bikes
- If interested: Frame building
You should bring:
- Strong technical understanding and manual skill
- Experience in bicycle mechanics
- Keen to learn new things
- High level of quality awareness
- Teamwork, self‑motivation and flexibility
- We value competence and motivation over titles and grades
