I was instantly smitten!
I've already been riding a cargo bike for about 10 years ride (Long John) and was looking for a bike with a much more stable load area – not so "wobbly" – because I also wanted to transport dogs. A "normal" tricycle with a front box was out due to its handling. So I searched, found, and test‑rode ride. I fell instantly "head‑over‑heels"! I ride the "Transporter" because it gives me maximum flexibility and I won’t be carrying people. Highly recommended! Test ride it and you’ll get it

We ride a prototype with a slightly larger cargo area, on which a wheelchair with passenger is transported. The ride as tandem gives the captain and his stoker great pleasure. The bike is, thanks to the leaning technology and the strong motor, comfortable to ride in all situations and up to any demand. The special build for the cargo area is so clever, we got on the bike together faster than getting into a car. It is a very nice everyday toy for big kids, which also excites professionals with its technology.

It has a massive payload. We have done big shopping trips, deliveries and even transport of equipment such as lawn mowers with it. Multifunctional! When our sporty Appenzeller needs a break, it can be comfortably ride. The ultimate dog‑round extension machine. Next week we’re going to Holland with the Mäx & Mäleon .

If someone is looking for a cargo bike – I can definitely recommend Max & Mäleon without reservation.
I chose the Transporter because it looks simply cool & different. The front sprung double axle looks great, is more comfortable for the dog and delivers a superb, sporty ride – for a cargo bike this size. The motor provides solid power, but the bike’s weight cuts range, forcing you to use the lowest assistance level on flat ground. It’s certainly not agile. So … g a r n i c h t 🙂 … but you know that beforehand. The hardest part for me is the cornering. It’ll take time to find the right speeds for each turn. Compared only to the eMuli, which is also great (agile, compact, versatile) but for me (big, heavy) not suited for long‑distance rides. I’m happy with my choice!
